Since I have a lot more time to reflect, here are a few changes I've been experiencing:
Body pains (except back) have faded: I was familiar with random pains all the time: legs, feet and a lot of headaches, since the diet and exercise these pains have reduced to practically non existent. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about my bulging disc issue in my lower back.
Energy: A boost in daily energy is apparent. Waking up is a lot easier with only a little bit of grogginess.
Mood and enthusiasm: I have experienced a lot of mood swings. I have become a lot more short fused, I assume the drastic change in diet and activity has brought this, must have to do with the low sugar consumption. On the bright side I am far more enthusiastic to pursue hobbies and challenges.
Sex drive: Now here is a weird one, I have had an extreme drop in sex drive. I am once again attributing this to the changes in my life and diet.
Skin: My skin is getting tighter, stretch marks are fading and some muscle is present.
Grammar and spelling: Still terrible and please forgive me internet!
That's really all I can think of for now, I can't wait to see these updates in a few months.

Proud
Everything is getting better. I am still working out everyday, still on the diet and changes are beginning to form, heres a good example:
Though not significant, my skin feels tighter and I feel a little bit more lean. I have cut drinking down to about 5 a week from my five a day. Smoking like a train still, but one step at a time.

Steady rolling
Feel good today, still on my diet, about to go to the gym and get some exercise in. Body feels good, mind feels good. I am a little tired, I'm sure it's from my body adjusting to my new diet and lifestyle.
Just started my vitamins today, hopefully they also help.

Kicking ass
I have not updated my blog in a while, I've been busy with the gym, a new diet and life in general. I feel fantastic! I did slip up and drink a few days ago, but not nearly as bad as I usually do and didn't crave it the next day. My fitness and diet keeps me in check, I feel my mind and body are recovering indefinitely.
My very strict diet that Joey has built me started about two days ago and works well (with an exception to all the water I have to drink, and the non stop pissing!)
The gym is defiantly an uphill battle, Im starting with small reps, low weight and easing my body into it's new lifestyle. I do not miss a day of gym-time though, which is incredibly important.
I am still smoking, but in due time that will be over, and I don't even mean "I hope", I know for a fucking fact!

Inspiration
No drinking still, currently going into day 5, eating well and I just crushed my first gym session. I feel unbelievable! I am still smoking but at this rate I should be able to quit a lot easier with this motivation and attitude. It really does not take long for your life to turn around when you really want it to. A big thank you to my buddy Joe Ferguson, who went from overweight alcoholic to bodybuilding champion in under two years, he's my trainer and helping me heaps!
From here we just get bigger and better!

I can't believe the energy!
This is day four without alcohol. I am currently still smoking but have changed my diet to accommodate a more healthy lifestyle. I really feel the energy boost. I start my gym routine tomorrow and will continue everyday until results are reached. I have noticed my dreams are extremely vivid and revolve around sex and action movie gun fights. I'm not certain if there is a correlation, but I am okay with it thus far.
Cheers!

An actual day one
I have gone a day without drinking. I decided I could not quit both cigarettes and alcohol at the same time without losing my mind, so I started with drinking. So far, so good. I also ate a great variety of healthy options all day yesterday, so I am feeling proud despite the cravings, night sweats, and nightmares.
All is good, time for oatmeal!

Still failing hard
I've changed nothing. Drinking and smoking and eating garbage. I have enlisted help from a old friend from school who changed his life from fat and drunk to world class bodybuilding in two years. I can not give up, this will eventually kill me if I keep this lifestyle going.

I'm off to a fair start
My eating habits yesterday were a bit ridiculous. I did find that by staying busy all day I didn't have much of a craving to smoke, which I successfully accomplished. Later that evening I was invited to a dinner, where I was offered some drinks and accepted. I'm not sure which is a better plan: quitting things one at a time, or everything all together? I know I am feeling a bit short fused even I though I really haven't fully quit inhaling nicotine. At least I didn't smoke one cigarette yesterday, at least.

Well at least I called my mother
Internet was down for the past two days, therefore here is a two day update. I failed hard. I drank and smoked until I was blasted. Sheesh I'm ashamed, why can't I overcome this nonsense? I argue with myself and scramble to give myself excuses to have at least "one beer' or buy another pack. One positive note though, I did begin a proper diet. I have been eating a little more healthier than usual but that is the easiest part of this transformation.
I will not give up, I will not smoke or drink today, no excuses.

It all must change
I feel terribly lost and lethargic.
I am so fed up with the way I treat my body. I drink too much, I smoke too much, I barely work out and now I'm back to eating complete garbage. My sleep schedule is terrible, I lack energy and ambition and I am currently unemployed. My body is in the worst shape it's ever been.
However, I know how I operate. Once I feel I am becoming very "rock bottomy" I tend to monk out and change things for the better, therefore starting today I will change every bad habit I have, and hopefully within a month be in a lot better condition.
Here's the game plan:
Tomorrow
Keep this journal/blog updated, even if I slip up on my diet.
Eat a good breakfast, small lunch and medium sized dinner.
Limit myself to only three cigarettes tomorrow.
No drinking alcohol whatsoever tomorrow.
From now on
No more sugary soft drinks, just water tea or black coffee.
No more fast food, I either cook my own foods, or eat from healthy restaurants/delis.
Continue to use my chemical free shampoo and soap.
Tell my friends and girlfriend I love them more often.
Call or text my mother everyday.
I noticed I decided to wait on exercise, I figure my body needs to be detoxified before I start abusing it with weights and cardio.
For the record, I currently drink at least 3 - 6 alcoholic drinks, and smoke half a pack of cigarettes daily. My current diet consist of a mix of fast food and junk food, this is terrible at 31!
I will make a great effort to update this blog before I go to bed every night.
I wish myself good luck, I know I can pull this off.
